I get asked this question super frequently, and the answer is simply because I know what I'm doing.
I know, that sounds super cliche and maybe a little braggy, but I truly wouldn't be able to operate in this capacity without 6+ years of design experience, 3+ years designing exclusively in Showit, and an ADHD brain that can't stop a task once I've started.
Let's face it, 8 hours isn't a lot of time, but it's plenty of time for me to make my way through your checklist of design-related to-do items.
