If you’re a wedding pro dreaming of a Showit template customization that feels so uniquely you, grab a glass of bubbly and get comfy, because this project is chef’s kiss perfection! I had the absolute joy of working with Allison, the creative genius behind Kindly Delivered, to craft a visual identity, website, and packaging experience that tells a story from the very first impression.
The Heart Behind Kindly Delivered
Before we even got into the visuals, Allison’s words in her Heart Mapping session with Verb House Creative set the foundation for everything we designed. Her passion for meaningful connection, nostalgia, and storytelling came through so clearly. She described her work as “preserving love stories in tangible form,” emphasizing how each invitation suite she curates is a keepsake that tells a couple’s journey in a way that feels intimate, timeless, and deeply personal.
That sentiment became the heartbeat of this entire project. Every single element—from the color palette to the illustrations—was designed to reflect that same feeling of cherished, handwritten love letters, bringing Allison’s passion to life in a way that felt truly her.
The Vision: Love Letters, Vintage Stamps & Showit Template Customization
Kindly Delivered is a stationery design studio, helping couples bring their love stories to life through beautifully curated invitation suites. Before our project, Allison worked with Verb House Creative to refine her brand messaging, which gave us an incredible foundation to build upon. With her story and values clearly defined, my job was to translate that into a visual identity that felt like a heartfelt love letter—timeless, romantic, and so sentimental, all brought to life through custom branding, packaging, and a Showit template customization that perfectly reflects her brand.
Building the Brand Foundation First
Branding is always the first step in my process because every single design decision flows from it. For Kindly Delivered, I designed a custom brand identity packed with personality—think an elegant logo suite, a soft yet refined color palette, and hand-drawn illustrations that make the brand feel like an heirloom itself. These weren’t just pretty details; they were meaningful, intentional design choices that made the brand feel personal, warm, and so uniquely Allison.
Illustrations That Tell a Story
Illustration played a huge role in bringing this brand to life. Since Allison’s work is all about storytelling through stationery, I wanted every design element to feel deeply personal. Rather than using generic graphics, I created custom illustrations inspired by her own story:
Her dog, because what’s more heartfelt than your furry best friend?
Butterflies and teacups, a sweet nod to her grandmother and the special memories they shared.
Carnations, her state flower, woven in as a subtle yet sentimental touch.
Vintage postage elements, to tie in her love of storytelling through stamps and invitations.
These illustrations became a signature pattern woven throughout her branding—featured on her website, packaging, and inserts—to create a cohesive, unforgettable experience that feels like unwrapping a love letter.
Bringing the Brand to Life with Showit Template Customization & Packaging
Once the branding was locked in, it was time to bring it to life on the website with a Showit template customization! I customized the Bonne Bakerie Showit Template to reflect Allison’s dreamy new brand, seamlessly integrating her logo, illustrations, and soft color palette to create a digital home that feels effortless, inviting, and oh-so-romantic.
With the website polished and glowing, we shifted focus to custom packaging and inserts—because let’s be real, packaging is part of the client experience. From the custom wax seal to the delicate tissue paper, every detail was crafted to feel like receiving a beautifully wrapped gift in the mail. It’s not just packaging; it’s an extension of her brand that makes every order feel extra special.
The Emotional Connection Behind Every Design Choice
Every design decision in this project had a why behind it, and the Showit template customization played a huge role in bringing it all together seamlessly. The soft, romantic typography mirrors the bespoke nature of Kindly Delivered’s work, while the hand-drawn illustrations reinforce the handcrafted, heartfelt quality that Allison pours into every project. Even the subtle textures in the design mimic the feel of aged paper and vintage stamps, enhancing the nostalgic essence of the brand.
Why a Cohesive Brand Matters
For wedding pros (and really, any business that thrives on personal connection), a strong brand isn’t just about looking pretty—it’s about making your clients feel something the second they land on your website or unwrap their package. With Kindly Delivered, we didn’t just design a logo and call it a day—we built a whole experience that highlights Allison’s passion, expertise, and attention to detail at every touchpoint.

Here’s what Allison had to say about working together:
How did you feel about your visual identity before we started working together?
I liked it still, but wasn’t in love with it. It didn’t match the direction that my business had started going in in 2024 so it wasn’t feeling right to me anymore.
How do you feel about your brand now that our project is complete?
I LOVE it! It’s like you took all of my rough ideas for what I wanted my brand to be, worked your magic and the outcome was better than I could have imagined.
How would you describe your experience working with me?
Where do I begin! Working with you is like working with your biggest cheerleader and friend, but you’re also professional and you genuinely were invested in my brand becoming something that felt like where my company was going.
What do you love most about your new branding and/or website?
Oh man, don’t make me choose. I love the colors. I adore the pattern you created, like adore it to pieces. I love the overall feel of how my brand now matches my work and feels super cohesive. That’s probably my favorite thing – just how everything goes together – from the artwork to the logos to my images of invitation suites.
What would you say to a friend who was on the fence about investing in my design experience?
DO IT! You won’t regret it. As someone who is always a little nervous about hiring people to do things in or for my business due to bad past experiences with other professionals, I can’t express enough how Jordan made me feel so secure in my decision to hire her. I felt heard by her and she always took feedback graciously. You really can’t go wrong hiring her.
Why did you ultimately choose to hire me?
I really just felt a connection with you from the beginning, the first call we jumped on together to chat about my project. It’s so important when you hire someone to do something as personal as branding your business that you have that connection.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
Where do I even begin? Working with Jordan for my re-brand was everything I could have dreamed of and more. She is exceptionally kind and became a quick friend throughout this process. She listened to all of my hopes and ideas for my new branding and when I tell you she went above and beyond, she truly did. She created the most beautiful pattern out of postage stamps that had personal meaning to me and she created custom mailer boxes that are so fun, along with all the other amazing branding and website. There is truly nothing cookie cutter about Jordan and her work. She’s an out-of-the-box thinker and creator and is just so talented at her craft. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful, colorful (but still refined and luxury) branding and website. This was one of my favorite experience I’ve had with hiring a professional for something in my business. Thank you for creating something so meaningful and beautiful for me and my business.
