Today is launch day for my custom brand and Showit website design project with Wallflower Event Company! ? Raechel and Madison came to JAI looking for a way to elevate their Charlotte, NC event design + planning business so they could match the level of weddings they want to book. We did a deeeeeep dive into who they are, who their dream clients are, what they want, and how Wallflower Event Co. fills that need. And, friends, what we came up with couldn’t be more perfect!

During their dream client discover, they shared that they wish to work with brides who understand that details matter, wants a wedding that shares their unique story, cares deeply about quality, and who don’t cut corners to save a penny here or there. They bring inspiration images to the table, but ultimately hand over the design and logistics to Raechel and Madison.

We took this information to design a brand that will speak directly to their dream brides! The color palette truly brings to life feelings of creativity, trustworthiness and elegance! In their design, we focused on the bespoke nature of their work to help them stand out from other event designers + florist, while also ensuring it was warm and welcoming.

Here’s what Raechel and Madison had to say about working together:

How did you feel about your visual identity before we started working together?

I felt this was the biggest area our business was lacking. We knew who we wanted to be but knew our current brand wasn’t representing that and really knew we needed help.

How do you feel about your brand now that our project is complete?

Jordan changed everything for us. It is so cohesive, upscale and speaks exactly to who we are. I could not be more grateful for her!!

How would you describe your experience working with me?

You were so patient with us as we changed little details and asked a million questions as we went through the process. We wouldn’t trust anyone more to have given us this new and improved brand! SERIOUSLY!!

What do you love most about your new branding and website?

My favorite part is how much that I feel it actually speaks to us and who we are. It looks so professional and luxurious and we can’t stop looking at our website. We really just want to show it off to everyone!

What would you say to a friend who was on the fence about investing in my design experience?

We are experts in weddings, not in this area and there are such amazing women like Jordan who will be the expert for you and really dig in with you to speak to exactly who you are.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. From the instant we met her until this project has wrapped up, I never questioned that she was in our corner and will go above and beyond to give us something that is uniquely ours and that represents everything we stand for. Her in-depth questionnaires ensure that she knows EXACTLY who you are, who your ideal client is, and how we are going to get you to your next level. She was patient with us through the whole process, and truly is also just the sweetest person I have ever met. She made me feel comfortable and confident, and I truly just can’t thank her enough for everything she did for Wallflower Event Co.
